InEvo Re, a life reinsurer established by Macquarie Asset Management, has entered into a reinsurance agreement with a U.S.-based life insurer covering approximately $1 billion of long-dated liabilities.<\/p>\n

\"\"This new announcement marks a major milestone for InEvo Re, following its inaugural UK transaction in March 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While the U.S.-based life insurer was unnamed, InEvo Re noted that the transaction leverages the respective strengths of both parties to create a \u201cmutually accretive\u201d outcome.<\/p>\n

According to the firm, it also demonstrates its commitment to partnering with key participants in the U.S. life and annuity market.<\/p>\n

Tim Humphrey, Chairperson of InEvo Re, commented, \u201cWe are delighted to be completing this transaction with an important strategic partner.<\/p>\n
