Canopius Group, an international specialty and property and casualty (P&C) re\/insurer, has announced the appointment of Steve Parry as Group Chief Claims Officer, effective August 2026.<\/p>\n

\"CanopiusParry will join the Canopius Group Leadership Team and report to Neil Robertson, Group Chief Executive Officer at Canopius.<\/p>\n

He brings extensive global experience, including leading complex, multi-territory claims operations, alongside a track record of transformation governance and operating model change.<\/p>\n

Parry joins Canopius from Hiscox, where he most recently served as Group Claims Director. He also held senior claims leadership positions at AIG and ACE\/Chubb.<\/p>\n

Canopius said the appointment further strengthens its executive leadership as it continues to scale its international platform and embed claims at the heart of its proposition.<\/p>\n
