Fidelis Insurance Group completed an investment in Oak Global late last year, and the company confirmed on its recent Q4\u201925 earnings call that it initiated a portfolio-wide partnership with the Lloyd\u2019s reinsurer at the January 1st, 2026, renewals.<\/p>\n

\"fidelis-insurance-group-logo\"In September 2025<\/a>, OAK Re announced the rebranding of its group identity to OAK Global, and also unveiled OAK Enterprise, the home of Syndicate 1440, which was approved by Lloyd\u2019s<\/a> to commence underwriting retrocession business at 1.1 2026.<\/p>\n

Alongside Syndicate 1440, OAK Reinsurance, the flagship strategic business unit in the OAK Global group, continues to underwrite primary reinsurance through Lloyd\u2019s Syndicate 2843<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the firm\u2019s Q4\u201925 earnings call, Jonathan Strickle, Group Chief Actuarial Officer at Fidelis Insurance Group, revealed that the carrier \u201cinitiated a portfolio-wide partnership with Oak Global, providing Funds at Lloyd\u2019s for their syndicates and making a long-term commitment that we intend to expand as their business grows.\u201d<\/p>\n

Strickle went on to emphasise the \u201cexceptional performance track record\u201d of OAK Global\u2019s leadership and the \u201cstrong data-driven people-powered culture that they have built\u201d as reasons for the partnership.<\/p>\n
