Antares Global, a specialist Lloyd\u2019s syndicate known for providing tailored marine, aviation, and property insurance solutions, has promoted Ina Salillari to Reinsurance Purchasing Lead, Retail \u2013 Business Development.<\/p>\n

\"antaresShe joined the syndicate in 2020 as a Reinsurance Technician, later becoming Senior Reinsurance Technician, before taking on her most recent role as Reinsurance Purchaser in March 2025.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Antares, she was a Ceded Reinsurance Technician at Bermuda-based Sompo International, the international operating arm of Tokyo-based Sompo Holdings, for over two years. She held the same role at specialist insurer Beazley for more than one year.<\/p>\n

She started her career in the industry at Allianz Greece, where she served for over nine years in the reinsurance and credit control department.<\/p>\n
